Support and Engagement Worker (maternity cover)
Purpose: To support all Clients on their journey to independent living by delivering a holistic, client centred approach empowering clients to achieve their goals whilst walking side by side with them.
Responsible to: Deputy Housing Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week (rota system, evenings and weekends)
Salary: £27,600
Place of work: Milton House

Outreach, Navigation and Support Worker
Purpose: To support all Clients on their journey to independent living by delivering a holistic, client centred approach empowering clients to achieve their goals whilst walking side by side with them. To provide an integrated outreach, navigation and support service to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, working proactively with individuals in the community, on the streets and within accommodation to identify needs, reduce barriers and support people towards safe, sustainable accommodation and improved wellbeing.
Responsible to: Housing Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week (rota system, evenings and weekends)
Salary: £27,600
Place of work: Reconnect, James Street, Burton.
